About the Hub

Goodison Systems Hub is being developed by Goodison Collective LLC, Florida, to help authorized users organize business communications, track client-update notifications, and manage follow-up work.

These terms apply to the limited-testing and authorization-only stage. The Core Gmail connection currently verifies account identity and stores credentials; mailbox monitoring, draft creation, sending, and AI processing of mailbox content remain disabled.

Authorized use

Only expressly authorized personnel may access the private application. Visiting this information website does not create an account or grant access to the Hub, a connected mailbox, or client records.

Users may connect only accounts they are authorized to access and must obtain any required organizational approval.

Purpose and limitations

The Hub supports operational tracking. MedicarePRO remains the authoritative client record. A notification or reminder does not establish that a client’s information is complete, accurate, or reconciled.

The Hub does not independently determine Medicare eligibility, recommend insurance coverage, or submit enrollments. This website is not a client intake or enrollment service.

Human review

Users must verify client identity and review uncertain or conflicting information before acting. During the initial release, external messages, material CRM changes, identity merges, Medicare recommendations, and enrollment-related actions require the designated owner’s approval.

An alert alone does not authorize an action on a client’s behalf.

Protecting accounts and information

Users must protect credentials, follow approved data-handling procedures, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Do not submit medical information, client records, passwords, authentication tokens, or private portal links through this information website. Do not use the Hub to bypass another organization’s access restrictions.

Testing and availability

Features and integrations may be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable during development. Automatic production mailbox monitoring has not been activated.

Continue checking the underlying business systems for communications, commitments, and deadlines. The Hub should not be the sole source used to confirm that required work is complete.

Privacy

The accompanying Goodison Systems Hub Privacy Policy describes current testing, the requested Gmail permissions, and authorization-only data handling. Production mailbox processing will require reviewed controls and disclosures that accurately reflect the implemented service.
